We have used Sapiens.BI for over 3 years and have come to rely on it daily. This tool transformed the way we manage business performance through its real-time reporting built on top of our SuiteCRM application. Previously we were struggling to download data and import into Excel-based reports and dashboards - a time-consuming and error-prone approach. Consequently our analysis of business performance was restricted to monthly updates and infrequent ad-hoc queries.

I'm extremely excited about Sapiens.BI. We've been using it for about a month and it's by far the best available reporting tool for SugarCRM. The tool is very robust and full of features. Also, the staff and support team are very helpful and are continuing to improve the tool.
